Terms of return or exchange


Return or exchange requests are accepted on the basic condition that the product has not been installed or used


In addition to the following conditions:


The arrival of the product to the customer is damaged (broken)


Or the product’s sizes do not actually match what is mentioned on the site


Or the arrival of a different product than your request



Return or exchange method:


Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the order, and a return bill of lading will be sent to you


Put the product in the original package and make sure that the package is closed securely, as it is the responsibility of the owner of the return or exchange request.


Send the parcel to the same post office that delivered it to you within 3 days of receiving the return policy


After the arrival of the parcel is confirmed and checked by our staff, we will directly take the procedures to return the amount to the customer


Note: If the product arrives to us damaged or contains additional notes about the status of receiving the product by the customer, the value will not be compensated and the customer has the right to sue the shipping company in the event that the damage is caused by it, and we will not bear the slightest responsibility.

Note: In the event of a desire to return an order without defects or defects in the product, provided that it has not been installed, the customer shall return it to us on his account with the same parcel as his condition upon receipt, and the shipping value will be deducted 100 riyals in addition to the bank commission 2.75% of the value of the order

Order cancellation policy:

1- In the event that a cancellation is requested for a product that was shipped without a reason or a defect in the product, and the value of the order has been paid, the customer will bear the full shipping costs and the rest will be returned to the customer as the shipping price is 200 riyals round trip, in addition to the customer bearing the bank commission, which is 2.75% of the value the demand .

2- In the event that a cancellation request is made for a product that has not been shipped, and the value of the order has been paid, the customer will bear the bank’s commission, which is 2.75% of the value of the order only if the payment is range, Visa or Apple Pay.
